Major function

Fully utilize the enthalpy (or heat) of the hot airflow discharged from the rotary kiln and decomposition furnace to heat the raw materials, preheat them and partially decompose carbonates, and then enter the decomposition furnace or rotary kiln for further heating and decomposition, completing the clinker burning task. Therefore, it must have three functions: sufficient dispersion and uniform distribution of gas and solid phases, rapid heat exchange, and efficient separation. Only by combining these three functions and striving for high efficiency can we maximize heat exchange efficiency (or efficiency) and create conditions for high-quality, efficient, low consumption, and stable production of the entire kiln system.
