    Performance characteristics

    1. Steelmaking practice has proven that active lime can improve desulfurization and dephosphorization efficiency by 80%, while shortening smelting time.     Advantages of calcining activated lime in rotary kiln

    2. The rotary kiln belongs to open type calcination, with a simple kiln structure, smooth airflow, and timely discharge of sulfur-containing flue gas. The sulfur content in the fuel is not easily attached, resulting in low sulfur content in the product, which meets the requirements of steelmaking. At the same time, the materials roll uniformly in the kiln, are heated evenly, the product quality is stable, and the raw and over burning rates are very low, which can calcine high activity lime for steelmaking. Under the same conditions, the activity level of lime produced by rotary kilns is higher than that of gas fired kilns, with an average height of over 30ml.
